Production methods
We created lines first of all that create our pattern which is parametric, then we divided these lines into points so that each point is at a distance of half the diameter of the head from an adapter that we created especially for the process with the help of 3D printing.
And actually these points are now duplicated, once below the zero line at the depth you want the casting and once about 1 cm above the zero line to give a margin of safety for the displacements and elevations of the sand.
The GCODE is defined so that it starts from the top point, descends vertically to a point below the zero line, rises back vertically (z axis only) to a point above the zero line, and only when it is above the zero line does it move horizontally (on the x,y axis), and so basically the head Ours only tightens the sand and does not create a rakeWith the 3D printer we produced the heads and adapters that suit our needs and the needs of the CNC

We changed the purpose of the CNC from milling in the material to pressing and clamping the material
